·traditional steel letter punch cannot mark all the letters in a straight and orderly way;

·dot pin marker can mark on nameplates, but the high cost may have hindered some of the customers with little qtty of nameplates.

·hardened steel wheel can be punched by hand or by hammer to mark on nameplates(0.1~0.3mm deep);

·steel wheel can be rotated to the letter or number needed;

·marking space, letter spacing, line spacing can all be adjusted in an easy way;

·we have different sets of steel wheels for different size of fonts;

·we can mark all name tags smaller than 220×160mm;

·for letter height 1.5、2、3、4、5、6mm respectively
